We want to connect you to great, life-giving chocolate - and the people and places that produced it.

This February, we're excited to feature delicious, USDA certified organic cacao beans from Öko Caribe in the Dominican Republic in all our offerings. This group of 165 producers cultivates their cacao among plantain and avocado trees, and staple foods like corn, beans and cassava.

MUTUAL SUPPORT

One of the remarkable things about Öko Caribeis their investment in each other's future, through a microloan program for production expenses, and even personal emergencies.
